Salon Policy

To ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for both our clients and staff, we kindly ask all clients to follow these policies.

  1. 01Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings.

  2. 02Late Arrival Policy

    Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed; after that, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

  3. 03Payment & Deposit Policy

    A deposit may be required for certain services. All payments are final, and refunds are not provided for completed services.

  4. 04Independent Service Providers

    Some services in our salon are provided by independent renters. If you receive a service from a renter, The Nail Room Lash & Beauty is not responsible for their work, policies, or any disputes that may arise.

  5. 05Service Satisfaction

    If there is an issue with your service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable fixes, but no refunds will be issued.

  6. 06Service Duration

    Each service is allocated a set time to ensure high-quality results while respecting all clients’ schedules. Please note that service duration is an estimate, which includes both setup and cleanup. To maintain efficiency, we kindly ask clients to be mindful of their appointment length, as exceeding the allotted time may result in additional charges or an incomplete service.

  7. 07Allergic Reactions & Liability

    Clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before their service. The salon is not liable for allergic reactions if proper disclosures were not made.

  8. 08Respectful Behavior

    We have a zero-tolerance policy for rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. Any violation may result in refusal of service.

  9. 09Personal Belongings

    The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

  10. 10Children Policy

    Children are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
